After 8 months, work is wrapping up on the Starvation Bridge repair project in Duchesne County. The $2.7 million dollar UDOT project got underway in March and is anticipated to be complete by the end of the month. Improvements to the bridge have included updating the concrete bridge deck and walls and applying a polymer overlay to seal the roadway surface, all with the goal of extending the life of the Starvation Bridge. Crews are working this week on roadway striping and finish work. There will continue to be travel delays, lane closures, shoulder work, and 11 foot lane width restrictions. Please anticipate delays and use caution when traveling through the work area. Construction this week is expected Monday through Thursday 7am to 7pm and Friday 7am to 5pm.
