For the third year in a row, the Uintah County Sheriff’s Office has a gift for the women of the Uintah Basin that actually draws women from all over the country. World renowned self-defense experts, Rener and Eve Gracie, are coming back to Uintah County to hold the third annual 2-day Self-Defense Super Seminar for Women. No experience is necessary to participate and the Uintah County Sheriff’s Office is sponsoring 80 percent of the cost, so participants only have to pay $50 dollars for the 2-day course. The event will be held on September 29th and 30th at the Uintah Conference Center in Vernal. It is open to all women, not just women from the Uintah Basin. There are limited spots available.
