A woman with 4 warrants for her arrest was found living in the garage of a Roosevelt residence during a visit from Adult Probation and Parole checking on the home’s primary resident.
According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, officers spoke with 34-year-old Ruth Elizabeth Allen inside the garage where methamphetamine pipes were in plain view. Allen told the officers she was staying in the garage and she showed them the location of methamphetamine and other paraphernalia inside the garage. Allen was placed under arrest and transported to the jail without incident.
Her new charges include 3rd Degree Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
