The Uintah County Library is the place to be tonight for anyone working on developing healthy relationship skills. Here’s some ‘what if’ questions to consider: What if I had the tools to hold full, positive relationships? What if I could reduce the stress I experience with others? What if I could provide my children emotional stability? What if I could express myself instead of defending myself? If these ‘what if’ questions have been on your mind or just now struck you, the Uintah County Library will be kicking off a 2 part ‘Within My Reach’ workshop. Part 1 is the Healthy Relationships Workshop tonight at the Uintah County Library from 6pm to 8pm. Roosevelt will have the same workshop on Thursday, February 24th from 6pm to 8pm at the USU Extension Community Room. Part 2 is the Conflict Resolution Workshop at the same times and locations but on March 2nd for Vernal and March 3rd for Roosevelt. There will be a combined 2 part workshop for those in Duchesne on February 28th 6-8pm at the Duchesne County Event Center and a Manila workshop will be held at a future date.
