The quirky world of Roald Dahl’s ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ pairs perfectly with the costumes and whimsy associated with Halloween. The Uintah County Library clearly agrees as they are celebrating the fall birthday of Roald Dahl in conjunction with their annual trick or treat Halloween Party. The children’s librarians were excited with the idea to celebrate Roald Dahl with candy and costumes. The Willy Wonka After School Activity will be held

. While Willy Wonka inspired costumes are more than welcome so are other fun, appropriate characters and costumes.
