Funeral services for Billy will be held Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 11 am at the Uintah Conference Center. With viewings from 9:30 – 10:45 am prior to service.
Burial will be in the Maeser Fairview Cemetery with Military honors from the American Legion and the Patriot Riders.
Services under the direction of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
