Spread the word! Work on Highway 40 east of Naples will prevent wide load drivers from using Highway 40 for about a week. The Utah Department of Transportation announced on Tuesday that truck drivers pulling wide loads over 12 feet need to plan for alternate routes while UDOT construction crews resurface Highway 40 east of Naples. “Beginning as early as October 12th and continuing through October 19th, crews will be paving the Green River bridge (between Naples City limits and 9000 East) and will need to reduce the travel lanes to accommodate the work,” shares the announcement. “These restrictions will be in place 24 hours a day.” The project is scheduled to be complete by late November. Those with questions can call 435-233-6646 or email udotregion3@utah.gov.
