Where Northeastern Utah Lands On Data Of Temperatures Over Last 100 Years

Data from the National Centers for Environmental Information was recently distributed to compare temperatures over the last 100 years in Utah counties. The state saw temperatures about 1.7 percent above the average of 1901 to 2000. Daggett County’s average temperature in 2022 was 42.2 degrees Fahrenheit which was 1.7 degrees above the 100 year average. Daggett County’s average low was 28.8 degrees and average high was 55.6 degrees. Duchesne County’s average temperature was 43 degrees Fahrenheit which was 2.7 degrees above the 100 year average. Its recent average low was 30.2 degrees and the average high was 55.7 degrees. Uintah County’s average recent temperature was 47.1 degrees Fahrenheit which was 2.7 degrees above the 100 year average. Its recent average low was 33.8 degrees and average high was 60.3 degrees.
