The Uintah County Library has a great variety of activities and events for all ages and interests. A digital book club started this week reading ‘The Five Wounds’ by Kirstin Valdez Quade. Join in at togetherweread.com/us. VITA representatives are available to help with tax preparations at the library on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 8pm by appointment only. Walk-ins are welcome on Saturdays from 9am to noon. Make an appointment by calling 888-826-9790. February STEM activities are happening every Wednesday at 4pm in the downstairs conference room. LEGO club is every Tuesday from 4 to 5pm. Teens between the ages of 14 and 18 are invited to an Anti-Valentine’s Day Party on Valentine’s Day from 4 to 6:30pm. Registration is required. Blind Date With A Book is going on all month. Select an unknown wrapped book from the display, read it, and turn in the review card to the library front desk for a chance to win a prize. The Dr. Seuss Crazy Hat Tea Party is coming up Friday, February 25th from 1 to 3pm. Use what you have at home or pick up supplies at the library between February 14th and 24th and make a crazy hat to wear to the party!
