It’s a Presidential election year and this year will be a bit different from those in the past. The Republican Party is holding a Presidential Preference Poll on Caucus night, March 5th, in place of the usual Presidential Primary. This means that any registered Republican voter with residency in the state of Utah may participate and cast their vote at their Republican Party neighborhood caucus. The Republican Party has encouraged all of their registered voters to attend their precinct location and cast their vote for who they want to represent the Party in the 2024 Presidential election. Any resident of Utah who is not affiliated with a party may choose to register and affiliate with the Republican Party and participate. The Democratic ballot for the 2024 Presidential Primary Election will be handled by mail through the respective county clerk/auditor offices. Uintah County and Duchesne County have shared their Sample ballots on their websites. Uintah County has shared that their Democratic ballots will be mailed out February 13th. The Democratic 2024 Presidential Primary Election is on March 5th.
