A woman who burglarized a camp trailer knowing that the owner was serving time in jail now has warrants out to trade places with him. According to the Affidavit for Arrest Warrant, an investigation into a residential burglary and theft case was opened on February 21st, the day the lawful owner of the residence was released from jail and found items missing from his trailer. The missing items included 2 HP laptops, electronics, bedding, food, kitchen items, propane and more. Prior to the man’s release, 29-year-old Neisha Jean Hubble had been staying at a neighboring cabin on the same property without permission and was eventually trespassed from the property. Witnesses reported instances of seeing Hubble coming out of the burglarized trailer. When officers made contact with her, Hubble claimed she had been given permission to take belongings but ultimately the text messages she provided to investigators said the opposite, that she did not have permission to be at the cabin. A warrant for her arrest was issued and Hubble has now been charged with 2nd Degree Felony Burglary of a Dwelling and 3rd Degree Felony Theft.
