To say 2020 is a year of change might be the understatement of the century. Among them, the yearly traditional “Oh Fudge” event that takes place at the Uintah County Library has had to adjust and go virtual. It has also added a new “Oh Fudge” 2020 Contest to the fun. Oh Fudge was originally established to encourage traditional fudge making to take place at home as a family. Throughout the years the library has highlighted some easy and fun recipes. This year the event will be posting demos and the recipe booklet on Saturday, November 14th. After it does so, individuals and families will have until Friday, November 20th at 11:59 pm to submit their videos and pictures of the individuals and family making one of the recipes from the booklet. Prizes will be awarded so gather friends, family, and loved ones and plan on making some memories and some fudge!
