[He] admitted to drinking on the boat and stated he was driving the boat and making a left turn when the boat took on water and all three occupants fell into the water.” The officer explained that soon after his exchange with Eggleston, another boat entered the marina with another male aboard who, when interviewed, stated that Eggleston was driving the boat and making a left turn when the boat took on water and all three fell into the water with no life vests on.
