The updates and ongoing projects to revitalize downtown Vernal have not gone unnoticed by the Utah State Historic Preservation Office. The work of the Vernal Downtown Alliance, focused on preserving and transforming downtown, made this year’s list for the ‘Utah Main Street Tier 2 Affiliate Communities’. “These communities have shown incredible dedication to revitalizing their historic downtowns, and we can’t wait to support them on this journey,” shares the Utah State Historic Preservation Office. “Stay tuned for updates on their progress!” Affiliates in Logan, Heber City, Murray, and Payson were also recognized.
