Vernal City Council has appointed a replacement for the vacant council seat. The seat was left vacant with the resignation of Travis Allan due to his move outside of Vernal City limits. Applicants had until January 13th to get their name in the running. Four applicants applied and following an interview process during Wednesday’s City Council meeting, Robin O’Driscoll was selected as the replacement.
