All women are invited to a special uplifting conference next weekend at the Vernal Middle School. The Interfaith Council has put together the ‘Vernal Christian Women’s Conference’ to be held next Saturday which is all about bringing women together to enjoy speakers, musical numbers, and a service project. There’s no cost to attend but all are asked to bring one 10-inch square of cotton fabric for the quilts that are being made for auction at the 2022 Trees For Charity. “The Interfaith Council has worked hard this year to put this together,” shares Danette Garrard. “It is not one specific faith or another. It is a collage of all of us. It will look really different for each of us and that way we can appreciate each other’s strengths as women in the Basin.”  Questions can be directed to Danette at 435-790-2242. The event is taking place on March 12th from 2 to 4pm at Vernal Middle School.
