The Vernal Area Chamber of Commerce was represented at the State Chamber Winter Conference last week at the State Capitol during the legislative session. Robin O’Driscoll, Marilyn Wallis, Steve Evans and Larry Moon attended, focused on advocating for the Vernal area. “Various state legislatures, including Senator Ron Winterton, presented information about a variety of bills being considered this year,” shares the Vernal Chamber. “Representatives from Senator Lee and Senator Romney offices talked about some of the issues being considered in Congress. Opportunities were provided to meet and visit with legislators, senator representatives and chamber members from other chambers around the state.
