This last week, the Vernal Chamber luncheon welcomed Ken Ivory to present information concerning the “30 by 30 Campaign”, an environmental movement to designate 30 percent of the earth’s land and water as “protected” by the year 2030. Though not well known, the 30 by 30 Campaign is motivating the Biden administration’s current climate change executive orders. Ivory is the author of “Where’s the Line? How States Protect the Constitution”. He is an attorney, professor, and served 9 years in the House of Representatives.
