Utah State University Extension is thrilled to announce a partnership with Broadcom Inc. to offer a Remote Work Tech Scholarship. USU Extension shares that the scholarship aims to provide support to the rising generation of rural remote workers with the tools, education, and career opportunities accessible through technology. Broadcom Inc. is a designer, developer, manufacturer and global supplier of a wide range of semiconductor and infrastructure software products. They have donated 170 used Lenovo PC laptops that will be given to students in grades 8th through 12th living in rural Utah counties. To apply applicants need to be residents of Utah and be students in grades 8th to 12th grade.
