Construction on Highway 40 in the Strawberry Valley has seen an installation of wildlife crossing, extension of the Strawberry River box culvert, and roadway reconstruction among other things. The Utah Department of Transportation has resumed construction on Highway 40 between Daniel Summit and milepost 46. They will be applying a gravel seal along the 11 mile zone that will cause up to 15 minute delays. There will be flagging and pilot car operations on a needed basis. Travellers are reminded that there is a speed reduction in work zones and to follow them for everyone’s safety.
