Agriculture sciences has a bright future in Uintah School District. Student leaders of the Uintah FFA Chapter joined representatives from the Uintah School Board, the District Office, Uintah High School, BHI and VCBO Architecture for a ceremonial groundbreaking of the new Uintah High School Ag Sciences building on Wednesday. “This new, purpose-built space will provide our students with learning opportunities that will help inspire them to reach their full potential in agricultural sciences,” shared Uintah Schools Superintendent Rick Woodford. “Continuing to improve our educational offerings for those who will one day feed our community and our nation is one of the most important things our district can do,” he added. Work will begin on the new building, located between Uintah High and the Ashley Valley Education Center, on Friday.
