Principals from throughout the Uintah School District met for several hours on Tuesday at the Maeser Training Center along with department coordinators to finalize specifics of the district’s reopening plans. “Schools will release their individual plans once they are approved by Uintah Schools Superintendent Dr. Rick Woodford,” shares the District. “The superintendent, district directors, coordinators, school principals, teachers and other district employees have been working throughout the summer to develop these plans. They continue to update and modify the plans as new information and guidelines are released by federal, state and local public health officials.” The information shared at Tuesday’s meeting will be brought back by those in attendance to their staff meetings at each school throughout this month.
