School based peer to peer suicide prevention programs are making a difference in many communities. In fact, Hope Squads around the state and nation are doing their part to uplift and educate communities and one of our local groups has shared a video aimed at just that. The Uintah High School Hope Squad released a 2 minute video last week titled “You Are Enough”. Directed by Donovan Anderson and written by Kenadi Colton and Jackie Colton, the video says in part: “Even though many of us experience the feelings of sadness, anxiety, and depression, we are here. Even though many of us can feel invisible and forgettable, you are not alone. You are seen. You are loved. You are enough. There are resources available to help. Be brave. Reach out.” View the entire video by visiting the Kean Photo + Video Facebook page or the Uintah High School Facebook page and be sure to share this wonderful message from the Uintah Hope Squad.
