Uintah High Gives Heads Up on Test-To-Play

by | Oct 15, 2021 | News | 0 comments

Uintah High School is giving students and their families a heads up that test-to-play protocol may be implemented. Test-to-play protocol would include all students participating in athletics and extracurricular activities and would include all students regardless of vaccination or previous COVID-19 infection status. Test-to-play protocol has already been implemented once this school year and the decision to implement it again is based on the number of student participants who have tested positive for COVID-19 within a 14-day period or the number of students who are sick or having symptoms. If test-to-play protocol is implemented, students under the age of 18 will only be tested if the parent or guardian gives consent. Only students who test negative can participate in practices, rehearsals, performances, or competitions. Anyone with questions on the test-to-play protocol and when it may be implemented can call 435-781-3110.
