Congratulations are in order to the members of the three Uintah FFA teams who competed at the 99th National FFA Convention held in Indianapolis at the end of October. The Uintah School District Weekly Update shared that over 72,000 FFA members competed at the convention representing all 50 states, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. The Food Science Team earned a silver rating, with Sidney Anderson earning a gold medal and placing 6th in the nation as an individual. Kenna Dudley earned a silver medal, while Addison Gress and Kimber Farnsworth earned bronze medals. The Agronomy Team earned a bronze rating, with Conner McKee and Rope Williams earning silver medals and Konner Hancock and Sadee Slaugh earning bronze medals. The Poultry Evaluation Team earned a silver rating, with Weston Slaugh, Taiyelor George, Dalenn Holthus, and Ryan Madsen each earning bronze medals. Congratulations to all!
