Today is the Uintah County Republican Convention taking place at the Uintah Middle School. Credentialing will open at 4:30pm. Only County Delegates will vote for the County Commissioner Race and on County Platform Amendments.
State Delegates will participate in a straw poll for each of the State offices. The Uintah County Commissioner debate will ask questions on topics, including the county budget, taxes, public lands, water resources, affordable housing, and competitive pay for law enforcement.
Meet the Candidates begins at 5pm today and the Convention officially begins at 6:30pm at the Uintah Middle School.
