The new year is nearly here and implementing positive habits can have a great impact on your 2020. Uintah County Library is asking the Basin to consider their reading challenge as a way to kick off the year right. The Winter Reading Challenge is entitled ‘Light Up The Mind’ and the library invites participants to read a collective total of 500,000 minutes during the month of January.
