Uintah County Library has announced that starting August 1st, the Library will not be taking any outside bookings for the First Floor Large Conference Room or the Second Floor Classroom to accommodate some much needed maintenance, technology upgrades, and repair work. Library Director, Sam Passey shares that “each year the Library has over a quarter of a million visits, many people visiting the library also use the meeting rooms. These rooms and the equipment are well utilized and in need of repair,” he continues. “We’re excited to be able to take some time to do that this Fall.” Groups or individuals with questions can contact Library Director Sam Passey at 435-789-6262 or by email passey@uintah.utah.gov.
