Over 41 million people aged five or older speak Spanish at home with estimates ranging to over 50 million when you include native speakers, heritage language speakers, and second-language speakers. If you have had the desire to learn Spanish, the Uintah County Library has an opportunity for you this week. An Introduction to Spanish Class is being offered and will start with the basics, so no prior knowledge is needed. The class is recommended for 15 years and older. Guest teacher, Alfredo Rodriguez, will be teaching on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with classes starting at 9:30am and going until 11:30am.
