Christmas can bring out the best in people and the community. Counting on the
community members’ big hearts, the Uintah County Library has partnered with the USU
Extension to once again host a Christmas Breakfast Food Drive. The effort began four
years ago with the idea to gather breakfast items to be donated to help local families have
a special breakfast together on Christmas morning. Donations can be dropped off through
Wednesday, December 20th, at the Uintah County Library or the USU Extension Office.
Food items that they are looking for include oatmeal, pancake or muffin mix, quick bread
mix, 100% fruit juice, Clementines or oranges, syrup, jam, eggs, meats, potatoes, and low
fat milk.
