Do you like the Regency era, tea and/or Jane Austen? Then the Uintah County Library has an event for you. At the end of this month the Library will be holding a Jane Austen Tea Party for those eight years and up. The event announcement states that upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a warm cup of tea and a selection of treats. As individuals indulge, they will have the opportunity to dress up in Regency-inspired costumes, complete with bonnets and dresses. There is also the opportunity to discuss your favorite characters and plot points with fellow Austen fans. Seating is limited and registration will be open until September 25th, with the event taking place on Friday, September 29th from 1 to 3pm.
