Uintah County Library Cranking Up the Activities

When it comes to offering activities to cure summer boredom, Uintah County Library is leading the way. The library has several things to put on your calendar. On Tuesdays, from 10am to 2pm they will be having Summer Reading Activities. These will take place at the library park and features a snack during the fun. On Wednesdays, the library will have Community Read ‘N Walk at various parks throughout Uintah County. It goes from 11am to 1pm. Visit the library’s Facebook page to know which park to visit. 2020 Vernal Excitement will be on three Thursdays (June 18th, June 25th, and July 9th) at the park in front of the library. The event features a kid entrepreneur market with food trucks, movies at dark, and local talent/entertainment. For the teenagers of your life, Adulting 101 virtual classes will be offered on Wednesdays starting July 1st. The classes will be from 1pm to 3pm online for those 13 to 18 years of age. Through the series, teens will learn tips and tricks to aid in the transition to adulthood.
