Uintah County issued a press release last week stating that the county is pleased to be a partner and support Vernal City with their Downtown Revitalization Planning Process. “Uintah County participates on the committee and is an active participant in the process. We will continue to support in participating with the Design Workshop taking place Wednesday May 5th thru Thursday May 6th and by joining the Committee for an educational tour of several like communities that have recently gone through a similar downtown revitalization process. Uintah County encourages the community to get involved and participate in the upcoming activities and meetings that will take place throughout the coming months.” There is a two-day Design Workshop on May 5th and 6th as an opportunity to give input and thoughts on improvements to Downtown Vernal. There is also an online survey available to submit ideas and tables set up downtown with paper to write down ideas.
