The Uintah Recreation District will be having a soft opening of the Community Center per the Public Health Order 2020-02 starting Monday, April 20th. There are several things to note before showing up. First, there is no open swim, spin classes, or team sports. The rock wall is closed. Face masks are mandatory as is social distancing. Any individuals that want to lap swim or water walk need to take a cleansing shower at home and must wear a swim cap. Childcare is offered but by reservation only. School age children must have direct parental supervision. The facility will not be dealing with cash, it is credit cards only. It is also important to realize that there will be a limited number of patrons allowed in the building so individuals may have to wait to enter. Be considerate and never use the facility if ill or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
