The draft Record Of Decision or ROD for the Ashley National Forest portion of the Uinta Basin Railway Project has been issued, moving the approval process to the next step. In this step, those who have previously submitted comments are eligible to file an objection to the project for a period of 45 days. After that time period, Ashley National Forest Supervisor Susan Eickhoff can choose whether or not to sign the final Record Of Decision for the Ashley National Forest portion of the railway project.
