There are many strong and varied emotions about the State of Emergency mandate and restrictions put in place by the Governor, even in the Uintah Basin. Among these important voices are our local healthcare professionals. Uintah Basin Healthcare had the following to say about the matter: “COVID-19 is spreading rapidly throughout Utah. Hospitalizations and ICUs are nearing capacity and healthcare providers will be unable to care for Utahns in the coming days if this surge continues.
