The great people of Uintah Basin Healthcare enjoyed a week of celebrating for Hospital Week. They kicked things off with an employee BBQ on their Patriot dress-up day. The hospital staff enjoyed dressing up for twin day which made the most of clever outfits, Hawaiian shirts and fake mustaches. A favorite annual event was held at The Villa with their fishing activity. With the help of the DWR, Roosevelt City Fire, and Tractor Supply, a giant trough provided fishing for the residents. Each year there is free swimming for the community at the Roosevelt Aquatic Center during Hospital Week and it made for a fun time over the weekend. Finally, another impactful tradition with Hospital Week is the service provided in the community. 360 volunteers take time to beautify the community at local parks, monuments, and cemeteries.
