The Uintah Basin Christian Academy’s Eagle of the Month is 5th grader Ryker Long, nominated by his teacher Mrs. Roxanne Gallegos. “Ryker’s grades are excellent, and he is very consistent about turning his homework in on time,” shares Mrs. Gallegos. “Ryker is well liked by his peers and teachers and has a very caring spirit.” Ryker also serves as the Student Council Secretary. Congratulations Ryker Long, UBCA Eagle of the Month. The Christian Academy is also giving a spotlight to Pre-K student Jerzie Oaks, nominated by Mrs. Kalli Corbin. She is 3-years-old and always comes to school ready to learn. “Jerzie is quick to listen and follow rules and directions,” shares Mrs. Corbin, “and she is always sitting quietly with her eyes on her teacher, ready for instruction.” Congratulations Jerzie Oaks, UBCA Little Eagle of the Month.
