The UBTech Student of the Year was announced during a special banquet on Tuesday evening. Out of the impressive pool of nominees, Ayden Stratz was awarded the title of 2025 UBTech Student of the Year. As an Automotive student, Ayden is the 2023 National Champion in Motorcycle Service Technology and won Silver in Motorcycle Service Technology at the National SkillsUSA competition in Georgia this year. During the banquet, Ayden thanked UBTech for the honor and gave a strong endorsement of all UBTech has to offer. “I remember being little and seeing people that went to UBTech and [thinking] I really want to go take classes and learn all that I can,” shared Ayden. “I hope I can encourage more people to attend the wonderful UBTech.” He also thanked his instructor Tyler McKee, saying he encouraged him to improve 1 % every day and inspired him to keep working every day towards his goals.
