UBTech and USU-Uintah Basin are excellent examples of collaboration. This fall, the two schools will join as one to host a series of career summits to inform the public of local career education opportunities as part of Governor Herbert’s ‘Year of Technical Education’ effort. Both UBTech and USU-Uintah Basin offer Career Ready programs including their stackable degrees. For example, a student can earning a practical nursing certificate at UBTech and then apply to USU where the certificate will count towards an associate of applied science in nursing. The Career Education Summits will aim to inform potential students of these types of offerings. The events will be held
