Two individuals were arrested after a traffic stop that took place on February 26th on Main Street in Duchesne. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, an officer patrolling Highway 40 observed a white GMC pickup speeding and moving between the centerline and shoulder of the road. Garcia’s warrants were served and she now has additional felony drug and weapons charges. Both individuals were arrested. A search revealed that Serawop was in possession of at least 4 credit cards that were not his. He was charged with 4 counts of felony Unlawful Possession of a Financial Card, providing False Personal Information, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Driving on Denied License, and traffic violations.
