TriCounty Health has created an anonymous survey asking basic questions about vaccinations in your family. “This will help us better understand our community and help us serve you for better health,” shares TriCounty Health. “Together we can be safe, healthy and strong.” Among the questions is how likely it is that you and your family will receive a COVID-19 vaccine if it becomes available.
