The Situational Update provided on www.tricountyhealth.com shows that as of Monday evening, there are 10 total cases of COVID-19 in Uintah County with 8 listed as Recovered, 9 total cases in Duchesne County with 7 listed as Recovered, and still 0 cases in Daggett County as well as the Ute Indian Tribe. The estimated tests conducted in the tri-county area is 3,780. The Situational Update also states that overall positive test results may be changed as testing continues. “TriCounty Health Department will be retracting positive cases of COVID-19 that are determined to be false-positive,” shares TriCounty Health. “The cases are determined to be false-positive after two additional viral tests and an antibody test is conducted, and all results are negative.”
