Tri-County Area COVID-19 Transmission Level Update (2/4/21 – 2/10/21)

The TriCounty Health District COVID-19 Transmission Index Levels remain the same with Uintah County and Duchesne County at the High Transmission Level and Daggett County at the Low Transmission Level. According to Thursday’s press release, Uintah County’s 7-day average percent positivity was 10 percent and there were 173 cases in the past 14 days. Duchesne County’s 7-day average percent positivity was 12 percent and there were 76 cases in the past 14 days. Daggett County’s 7-day average percent positivity was 0 percent and there were 2 cases in the past 14 days. Over the past 7 days from the time of the press release, the tri-county area as a whole had 12 COVID-19 related hospitalizations and zero new COVID-19 related deaths. Statewide total ICU utilization was 85 percent and the 7-day COVID-19 utilization was 28 percent.
