The driver and passenger of a vehicle stopped last week in Roosevelt were both arrested after being seen in a vehicle with a dangerously cracked windshield that prompted the stop. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, the officer pulled over the vehicle and the driver did not have a license. It was found that 51-year-old Billy Burch had a suspended license. The passenger was identified as Sunny Garner who was found to have a no bail warrant out for her arrest. During a search of the vehicle, drugs and paraphernalia were found. Burch was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License, driving an Unsafe Vehicle, and drug charges. Sunny Garner was brought in on the warrant and is now charged with new felony drug charges.
