Imperative Chemical Partners, Inc. out of Midland, Texas, announced on Monday their acquisition of Roosevelt based Western Chemical, LLC. Monday’s press release shared that founder of Western Chemical, Joe Arnold, will continue as a leader in the organization. “I am excited to join the Imperative team because of their aligned culture and shared focus on customers and employees,” shares Arnold. “I look forward to combining our scale and national presence with regional knowledge to drive new growth opportunities.” Western Chemical is an oil and gas chemical services provider based in Roosevelt but since 2009 had expanded to four additional locations with customers across five states.
