Wyoming’s Sweetwater County issued a press release on Tuesday following a shooting. According to the release, deputies and detectives are investigating the shooting death of a Rock Springs woman in her 40s that occurred late Monday evening at a private residence in the 100 block of Steamboat Drive in the unincorporated Clearview Acres neighborhood east of Rock Springs. As of the time of the release, law enforcement personnel were on the scene and the investigation was active and ongoing.
