The Uintah County Library not only keeps readers supplied with near endless material but they also offer support to established and blossoming authors. The library is launching WHAM! this November, standing for Writing Hard All Month! This is a chance for writers of all ages and skill levels to come in and escape the busy day to write, edit, plot, or just meet other writers, shares the library announcement. They are holding write-ins every Saturday, starting November 2nd. There will be special guest authors at each write-in on hand to answer writing questions. For those that can’t make it to the Saturday events, write-ins will also be held on Tuesday evenings, beginning November 5th. Tuesdays will include a mentor author as well all month long. Another support the Uintah County Library offers authors is an Author Support Group every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month at 10am.
