Over 400 of the Uintah Basin’s elderly and isolated residents will be receiving a bag of food and a gift bag before Christmas arrives and more donations are needed to make the effort a success. Needed food items include: Peanut butter, Jams/jellies/honey, Canned Tuna and Vienna sausages, Fruit cups, Canned fruit and veggies, Canned soups, Boxes of instant oatmeal, Jello and pudding cups, and Holiday treats, both regular and sugar free. Items are also still needed for the gift bags. Those interested can check out the Sub For Seniors Amazon wishlist to purchase items that will be delivered directly to Sub For Seniors organizers or you can deliver items to the Golden Age Center during business hours.
