Utah Division of Wildlife Resources announced some exciting news for anglers who fish at Strawberry Reservoir. There is now a new parking area that has been constructed at Strawberry Reservoir in the Chicken Creek East area just off of Highway 40.So many partners made this large parking area possible. The access road and parking area will be plowed, and parking is free of charge this winter. What makes this parking area great is that it is close to the reservoir and it is a short walk to the ice. Also there are portable restrooms on site.The new boat ramp in this area is tentatively scheduled to be completed and open to the public next summer! Please note that the ice may not be suitable for ice fishing at Strawberry Reservoir yet. Please check the ice thickness and use caution.
